Since starting my first rental property in 2018, my property management business has seen significant growth. In 2019, I partnered with two others to expand our real estate portfolio, laying a strong foundation for our collective investments. By 2021, we had acquired several properties, including a 10-unit apartment community. Our ambition didn't stop there; in 2022, we further expanded by investing in a 152-unit and a 63-unit apartment communities. In this venture, I played a crucial role by overseeing upgrades, purchasing materials, and assisting the management company with daily operations to ensure efficiency throughout the process. This journey has not only enhanced my understanding of real estate but has also solidified our partnership and commitment to successful property management.

In 2023, I found myself managing several properties and recognized the growing need to expand my portfolio. With years of experience and a network of skilled professionals in the industry, coupled with my hands-on work in remodeling various houses, I felt confident in taking the next step.
